Giovanna Segre

Giovanna Segre is Associate Professor of Economic policy at the Department of Economics and Statistics ‘Cognetti De Martiis’ of the University of Turin, where she also is Deputy Director of the Two-Years Master degree in ‘Economics of environment, culture and territory’, Director of the Master in ‘World heritage and cultural projects for development’ (joint with Polytechnic of Turin and International Training Center of ILO), Co-holder of the UNESCO Chair ‘Sustainable development and territory management’, Vice-President of the Urban Studies Research Center OMERO, member of the academic board of the Ph.D. in ‘Urban and Regional Development’ (joint with Polytechnic of Turin). She is also member of the scientific board of the Master in ‘World Natural Heritage Management’ (Trentino School of Management and Step-Landscape and Environment School of Government), President of Silvia Santagata Research Center CSS-EBLA and Editor of ‘City, Culture and Society’ (Elsevier).
